Virtual Leadership Summit 2020

Virtual Leadership Summit 2020

Instructional leadership is significantly effective when it comes to promoting increased levels of student achievement. Dozens of characteristics have been identified from research studies on school improvement and instructional leadership, including high expectations of students and teachers, participating in teacher learning, quality professional development, and the use of data to evaluate instructional impact and student results.

In this highly-interactive and engaging session, participants will examine the most contemporary research available about specific leadership behaviors that have the greatest influence on student achievement. This includes promoting and participating in teacher learning and development, and possessing the knowledge, skills, and principles to have a committed and positive impact on students and teachers.
